Fees
Registration fee:
$80 returning students(non-refundable)
$90 new students (non-refundable)

Activity/Accident Insurance fee:
3 or 4 year old student: $130
2 year old student: $115
Tuition Rates:
2.5 year olds
2 day program: $240 per month
(Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
3 year olds:
3 day program: $360 per month
(Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:30-1:30 p.m.)
5 day program: $460 per month
(Monday – Friday 9:30-1:30 p.m.)
4 year olds:
3 day program: $360 per month
(Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:30-1:30 p.m.)
5 day program: $460 per month
(Monday – Friday 9:30-1:30 p.m.)
Enrollment Procedures
Each of the following must be completed before the child begins school:

Due at Time of Registration:
- Student Application
- Registration fee of $80 for returning students and $90 for new students (non-refundable). We do not collect this fee if your child is on a waitlist
- Prospective Parent Letter and Tuition & Fees
Due by May 5th:
- Activity/Accident Insurance fee
- Tuition Deposit – one month (May 2024 tuition) At this point you are considered fully enrolled. This tuition deposit is non-refundable after August 1st, 2023. We require a 30 day notice from the beginning of the month, to withdraw from our program. With proper notification this tuition deposit is refundable.
- An original birth certificate for verification, we do not keep this (New Students only)
Due NO LATER THAN September 5th:
- VA Health Department form for every (returning and new) child completed and dated June, July or August)
- Medication authorization forms signed by the child’s physician (for children with severe allergies)
